My Professional Experience
I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary-Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, California. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. In addition, I am clinical member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
My services are offered in both English and Spanish. I primarily treat individuals, children, couples and families who are desiring growth and healthy changes in their life in light of difficult circumstances. I’m have much experience with assisting individuals dealing with acculturation, inter-racial relationships and bi-cultural issues.
I have experience working with children and families assisting them adjust to transitions in their lives. I have worked at a non-profit mental health agency that provided services for individuals, families and children in the San Gabriel Valley. Also, I have worked closely with teenagers at risk and provided intensive mental health services through a non-profit agency in Pasadena. I too have assisted individuals and couples in domestic violence situations and court-ordered anger management sessions.
My office hours are flexible including weekends and evenings. When you feel that you are ready to take that first step toward making healthy changes and growth in your life, I will gladly help and assist you in this journey towards emotional health and positive growth in your life.
